COURSE OF COMPETENCIES OF A XXI-CENTURY COACH (CCE)
PRESENTATION "The evolution of a coach towards the management of professional football teams."
Sports management is a growing element in a coaches everyday life. The management of a team and the good relation between these people and external factors is what determines the success of a project.
As rivalty between teams is increasing and a coach has to deal with growing pressure from his environment, the perfect control and management of his team has become something essential for every coach. The different areas of management are defined in this Master.
The controlled and balanced management of these areas through knowledge, practices, exploration and consolidation will help any coach to improve his performance. The whole course is based on a mainly practical level which permits the participants to learn from the experts experiences who will be their professors. OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE´S PROGRAM “Manage a work team successfully" The C.C.E. has defined the following reachable objectives: - Knowing and being able to apply the most advanced technologies for the optimisation of the game and the player, during the annual planning of a professional team. - Offer to the student the tools and knowledge for obtaining a bigger professional success.
MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION The C.C.E. will be managed and coordinated by Jordi Vinyals, former player of FC Barcelona, Real Oviedo, Real Betis and Villarreal CF. Former coach of the second team of Villarreal, Nástic, Real Jaen, Algeciras and Terrassa.
